    When collecting, managing, and using personal information in business operations, the future stock corporation (here in after referred to as “the company”) handles the information in accordance to this guideline.

    Article 1 – Compliance with laws and regulations

    The company shall faithfully comply with relevant laws and regulations such as, the Personal Information Protection Act to appropriately manage information collected, managed and used in all business activities.

    Article 2 Personal information handled by the company

    1.The company handles personal information of each of the following

    (1)Personal information pertaining to the business of the company prescribed in Article 3, paragraph 1 in accordance to relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act and its guidelines. The company will strictly manage and follow all guidelines regarding the information acquired to ensure it is not used for any other purpose than its intended use.

    (2)To gather, store, and use information on phone recording records, web access records, e-mails, and various inquiries for the smooth execution of business operations and employee safety. In compliance with related laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law and other guidelines.

    2.The collected personal information shall be kept for the period specified by the company. Employee information shall be kept for a set period defined under relevant laws and then discontinued thereafter. For those not hired after recruitment activities the information provided will be discarded.

    Article 3 Purpose of use of personal information

    1.We will use the personal information acquired to the scope and method of our business as follows:

    (1)Scope of services to be used

    ⅰ Information service industry

    ⅱ Internet accompanying service industry

    ⅲ Other matters specified for purposes of the articles below

    (2)How information will be used

    ⅰ For providing information related to reports, contacts, work contents etc of the company’s products, service, guidance etc.

    ⅱ For identity verification

    ⅲ For marketing, sales, advertising business, etc. to be implemented alone or in cooperation with specified third parties to enhance services offered by the company, and conduct surveys etc.

    ⅳ For business facilitation

    ⅴ For the above purposes related to i) to ⅳ) or incidental thereto

    2.In the case of handling personal information beyond the range necessary for achieving the provisions mentioned above, the company will obtain consent from the individual in question.

    3.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two sections, in the following cases the company may use personal information to achieve specified purposes.

    (1)Based on laws and ordinances

    (2)When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person, and it is impossible to obtain consent of the person him/herself.

    (3)When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health, the promotion of healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person him/herself.

    (4)In cases where it is necessary for a national agency, local public entity, or a person receiving consignment to cooperate in carrying out the affairs of prescribed laws and regulations by obtaining consent and avoid interference.

    4.When the company changes the purpose of using personal information, it will do so to the extent that it is reasonably acceptable for the purpose of use. When changes are made the company will announce the purpose and guidelines unless stipulated by laws and regulations.

    Article 4 Proper Acquisition and Minimum Principles

    1.The company will acquire personal information in a lawful and appropriate manner, and will not acquire personal information through fraudulent or other illegal means

    2.The company will not acquire personal information that requires consideration without obtaining the consent of the individual in advance, except in cases stipulated by laws and ordinances.

    3.Personal information acquired by the company shall be limited to the minimum necessary for achieving the purpose of use.

    4.Notwithstanding the provision of the third paragraph above, the company shall notify the individual in the contract or other document (including electronic record) in accordance with the contract laws and regulations. The purpose of use will clearly be indicated to the individual in advance.

    Article 5 Safety Management Measures

    The company shall take necessary and appropriate safety control measures concerning the protection of personal information handled.

    Article 6 Selection and Supervision of Contractors

    In connection with the company’s business activities, part of the operations may be consigned to outside business operators, in which case the necessary and appropriate oversight of our entrusted business operators will be conducted.

    Article 7 Third Party Provisions

    1.As a general rule, the company will not provide personal data possessed to third parties unless the consent of the individual is present. However, in the cases listed in each item of article 3, paragraph 3, we will provide it to third parties without the consent of the individual in question.

    2.In addition to the preceding paragraph, the company may provide personal information without the consent of the user in the following cases:

    (1)When judging that the user has caused some financial or otherwise detriment to a third party.

    (2)When the user explicitly requests to disclose or offer their information to a third party

    (3)When disclosure is permitted by laws and regulations

    Article 9 Displayed Information to be Preserved

    The company holds the following information

    (1)Customer List Information

    (2)E-Mail Reception/Transmission Information (Including Signature Information etc.)

    (3)Contact Information (Including business card information)

    (4)Purchase History

    (5)Telephone Recording Information

    Article 10 Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information Held

    1.In the case of notifying, disclosing, correcting, adding or deleting personal information possessed by the company, when requesting deletion please specify the contents in writing, with attached personal identification (copy of resident card issued within 3 months) and a stamped envelope to the address below. In the case where the request is made by a proxy, a power of attorney that certifies the proxy’s information (address, name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) and proof of the legal representative’s authority. In addition please refer to the following:

    (1)The company shall not use the personal information acquired through the invoice for purposes other than billing the correspondent

    (2)If there are uncertainties in the details of the request etc., The company or an entrusted third party may contact the provided telephone number and or mail address.

    2.Please pay 1000 yen (tax included) as a fixed amount credit certificate as commission for disclosure requests etc. In the event that the fee is not enclosed, the disclosure request will not be recognized.

    3.The company will reply in writing to the address listed in the disclosure request within 30 days.
